All physical product orders (ie. bands, supplements, Athlean-XX for Women, apparel, blox) are shipped the following BUSINESS day. Tracking numbers are sent to you via email on the evening of the day your product was shipped. If one was not sent to you, you may check your Order History inside your athlean online account.
