This has been a very powerful supplement in research and it's showing that it has huge effects in our ability to train more intensity in within that 60 second window.
If the benign side effects of beta alanine are unpleasant, cut back the dosage by taking 1/2 scoops. Do this for a couple weeks and your body will accommodate to allow you to take in more over time. Eventually, you will lead up to 3/4 serving and finally 1 level scoop.
