Question: But isn't that overtraining?
Answer: NOT with the formatting of 6PP. Abs to begin with are very resilient postural muscles...they're always working!! Yes, they do need rest & recovery, but with the 6PP workouts, the duration is 9 minutes max! Some of the workouts will take as little as 5 minutes. Because of the training volume being so light, you can then train them with a higher frequency!! Think about it. If you were to add up the total amount of time of ab training with the 6PP workouts, it would be, on average, around 40-45 minutes of total work. Well within our recommendations of training time in general.
