Each TNT will have 2 workouts:
- Home Workout
- Gym Workout
Each workout, regardless of Home or Gym, will provide enough of a stimulus to elicit growth. If you have the equipment, we do recommend that you alternate between Home and Gym workouts to keep things fresh. However, because these workouts are done at different times throughout the course of AX1 Training Camp, you can repeat either the Home or Gym versions exclusively and STILL get great results. from what is mentioned about TNT and AX-1 camp are different time, does that mean we would train twice a day if we incorporate TNT to AX-1 program?
