As stated on the site, the ATHLEAN-X programs are delivered entirely online with instant access granted to the videos (that you can access anywhere!) as soon as your order is completed.
There are NO physical products shipped which is why we are able to deliver our programs at such an affordable price since we pass on the savings of warehousing, fulfillment, printing and shipping to our customers and why you were not charged shipping at the time of checkout.
That said, you CAN print out the workouts if you so choose via our download center that you have access to on your login. This can be done at any time you see fit.
