RX-1 X-CITE (Serving Size: 1 Scoop) is a pre-workout that should be taken about 30-45 minutes prior to training. RX-2 XLR8 (Serving Size: 2 Scoops) is a post workout protein shake and should be taken within 45 minutes after your training. RX-2 XLR8 can be used as a snack option in the meal plans as well. As for our AALPHA BCAAs 1 serving (4 tablets) should be taken prior to training and another serving (4 tablets) after training. RX-1, RX-2 and AALPHA BCAAs are to be taken on training days around workouts. Our RX-3 Reconstuxion (Serving Size: 1 Scoop) recovery supplement should be taken daily, whether you train or not. We recommend you take RX-3 either post workout along with RX-2 or shortly before bed although the product really can be taken at any time throughout the day.

On my second course of the RX trilogy. The stevia flavors are as good or better than the standard. I notice the pre workout is powerful. Do I need to cycle any of these products?
