RX-1 X-CITE is a pre-workout that should be taken about 30-45 minutes prior to training. RX-2 XLR8 is a post workout protein shake and should be taken within 45 minutes after your training. RX-2 XLR8 can be used as a snack option as well. As for our AALPHA BCAAs 1 serving (4 tablets) should be taken prior to training and another serving (4 tablets) after training. RX-1 and RX-2 and AALPHA are to be taken on training days around workouts. Our RX-3 Reconstuxion recovery supplement should be taken daily, whether you train or not. We recommend you take RX-3 either post workout along with RX-2 or shortly before bed.
Additionally, Mechan-X and Dr.C’s Omega 3‘s should be taken daily. Mechan-X should be taken nightly shortly before bed and Dr.C’s Omega 3’s should be taken with a meal. Jeff recommends they are taken with Breakfast.
