The app (6 Pack Promise PLUS version) crashes every time I try to start it, what do I do?

Our app (at over 250MB in size) tends to take up a lot of memory.  Please make sure that ALL other apps are completely closed prior to starting the 6 Pack Promise Plus.  This should take care of 99.9% of your start up issues.

To do this properly you need to double click on your home button (the main button at the bottom of your phone).  

This will bring up a row at the bottom of your screen with all the active apps on it.  Press and hold on any of the apps until they all become active (wiggling) with the "X" on the upper corner.  You will now want to "X" or close out of any open apps and then restart your 6 Pack Promise Plus.
