Additionally, many of our users choose to integrate the highly popular T.N.T. muscle group targeted workouts in subsequent rounds of AX-1, to really target extra muscle growth in their most stubborn muscles. As always, these workouts include a specific plan for integration to ensure that you NEVER OVERTRAIN!
Alternatively, others progress on to the AX-2 program (which picks up exactly where AX-1 leaves off and takes you even closer to "Supreme Athlete" status!
