I’m getting an error that says I have exceeded my IP addresses and now I am locked out.

This is an automated tool we have in place to prevent users from unauthorized sharing of the program.  Logging in from multiple IP addresses within a period of time may cause the account to become locked.  Should this happen to you, please submit a ticket and one of our x-perts will review the specifics of your situation and provide assistance if warranted.  In this digital world we live in, we are sure you can understand why we would have this sort of thing in place!
