More often than not this is due to a typing mistake when you entered your email at the time of your initial purchase. Now that you are typing in the correct email attempting to login, without mistakes, the system does not recognize you (since it has you connected to the incorrectly typed version!).
HINT: If you never received any emails from us following your order (including your receipt) then it's a good indicator that this is the cause as well!
