ABSOLUTELY! We have a lot of guys that use the ATHLEAN-X Training System with much success. Some of them may already be familiar with training, whereas the vast majority are not! Just be aware that if you're currently dealing with any sicknesses or injuries, you get cleared by your physician before training with ATHLEAN-X.
Question: So how can this work for people my age, but also people in their early 20's?
Answer: Our training is based around relative strength. What this means is that you do what you are capable of. The 'fit' 20 year old will choose weights that challenge them, where you will choose a weight that challenges you. Over time, with the right amount of effort and nutritional practices, you WILL progress!
