In general, we ALWAYS recommend that you start off where ATHLEAN-X began...with AX1 Training Camp. This program will integrate the foundations that we believe will help lead you into becoming the supreme athlete - agility, coordination, strength, stamina, power, speed, balance and cardiovascular endurance. If there was a Gold Standard program, AX1 Training Camp would be it.
As a measure, if you have been training less than 5 years consistently, AX1 training camp is where you should begin. Beyond that, AX2 XTREME is your program. Consider AX2 to be the big brother to AX1. The 1st week will comprise of everything learned during the 12 weeks of AX1 and it will expand from there. If you struggle with that first week, it might be a good idea that you stop, contact our Support Staff and request a program swap.
If you do not have equipment and would prefer to train at home, don't worry, we have you covered here too! Our Athlean XERO program is calling your name!! XERO was meant to do what no other bodyweight program could do, which is build muscle. Go through it and you'll know what I mean. It's a beast of a program. Plus side is that you literally do not need a single piece of equipment either. No bar...no bench...no bands...no bull!!
