Upon creating the ATHLEAN-X Training System, Jeff Cavaliere has taken into consideration some of the most common problematic areas that people deal with (shoulders, knees, hips and lower back). Being a professional athlete training and physical therapist, Jeff knows what movements should be avoided!! As such, you can expect to see all exercises to be safe to your anatomy. That being said, ATHLEAN-X does not specifically cater to everyone who is currently dealing with an injury. We ask that you consult with your physician, or physical therapist in regard to these injuries. If you get cleared by said physician / physical therapist, then you're likely able to begin training with ATHLEAN-X.
